What was supposed to be the pinnacle of sport in South Australia turned sour.

The AFL showdown between Port Adelaide Power and the Adelaide Crows was rocked by several incidents of racial abuse on Saturday, with  Aboriginal players from both teams reporting they had received racial abuse.

Fans also took to social media to express vile insults online after the match.
