When the issue of kangaroo culling, or even eating kangaroo, is raised, one objection is that we should protect one of our national emblems. So it’s interesting that in Queensland the Red Deer, which features on the state’s coat of arms, has been declared a feral pest. And it seems not even the Greenies have an objection.
