Australia’s head of state Queen Elizabeth the Second is in Australia preparing to open the Melbourne Commonwealth Games. One visit that is probably not on her agenda is an appearance in the High Court. A group of Indigenous activists in Melbourne is protesting what they refer to as the “Stolenwealth” Games. As part of the protest the Black Genocide Sovereignty and Treaty, GST Collective are planning to take the Queen to Court. Stephanie Raison asked Elder Robbie Thorpe from the Black GST Collective what they wanted to charge the Queen with.
