A new report from the University of Sydney has warned about the growth of government funding for private education providers. Private providers have been able to bid for FEE-HELP places since 2008 and since 2012 have grown with the advent of competitive funding systems in the states. It raises concerns about the lack of regulations to keep rogue operators in line.
