Increased pressure at work is now one of the top contributing factors for stress, and there’s few workplaces more stressful than call centres. A young Victorian girl recently committed suicide and her parents say her work in a Telstra call centre directly contributed to her death. The family are now looking to sue the company. The Wire took a look at whether their case was viable and how tough call centre work can really be.
