It’s becoming more common to see women in hard hats around construction sites, but how can a greater number of women get into male dominated career paths, and at a higher level?

That is the question that leaders from some of those industries, and the South Australian Government have been grappling with here in Adelaide, while seeking solutions for increasing women’s visibility in the community and as leaders at work.
