Earlier today, several hundred people gathered on the Tasman Peninsula for a service commemorating the 10 year anniversary of the Port Arthur shootings. Managers of the Historical Port Arthur site have decided this will be the last formal memorial service for the tragedy. Crisis management psychologist and Associate Professor Robert Heath, told Lorna Perry about how an anniversary like this affects friends and families of the victims.
