Victorian police have hit the spotlight again today after allegations they have been involved in bashings, and racially motivated targeting of African migrant community in MELBOURNE, and it seems the internal investigations by Vic Police are failing to make anyone accountable. A report released today “Boys, you wanna give me some action?” suggests that of more than twenty accusations of police brutality and racial attacks, only one has been investigated. This include bashings which have left young African men with serious injuries such as blindness and broken teeth – as well as psychological attacks.
