Plans to stop the cyanide train

Whether ships that sail into Australian waters are carrying nuclear material has been an issue in the past, and the government has been notoriously cagey about letting the public know. Today there’s a new question being asked ….are our trains carrying loads of cyanide around the country? A group of protestors in new South Wales are this afternoon planning to find out for sure what they already suspect, and since their state government has refused to tell them, they’re going to stop a train and ask the driver. Graeme Dunstan from peacebus has organised the event which will happen near the town of Kyogle.
