There have been plenty of winners and grinners after the latest federal budget was handed out.But it appears one indigenous issue has gone unnoticed by the government. Petrol sniffing in middle Australia is on the decrease since the introduction of a non-sniffable opal fuel. But according to health workers more treatment is needed to alleviate the mental health problems that lead to the issue in the first place first place.Last budget the government gave enough to help four communities but has not followed through this year with at least twelve still needing assistance.
