Peru floods are the worst in two decades

Peru, located in South America, has been hit by flash floods and mudslides this month. Peru’s capital, Lima, is reported to be without clean water for a week. The Peruvian government and the emergency services are acting quickly to relocate those affected by the El Niño effect. So far, 90 people have died, and more have fled their houses due to the natural disaster.
In Australia, the Australian Peru Chamber of Commerce is receiving relief donations to help those affected in Peru.
