With the South Australian election looming, South Australian lobby group The Water Election Team have developed a scorecard to help voters to see who knows the answers when it comes to water policies. While Premier Mike Rann tries to take credit for 400 gigalitres that was already coming to South Australia as his own doing, and Federal Opposition leader Tony Abbott makes a promises for a future referendum to give the Federal government control – it is the Independent Candidates who are getting top marks.
