A new study by the Obesity Policy Coalition has been published in the Public Health Nutrition journal today, has found that parents are two and a half times more likely to be inclined to choose food products endorsed by sport stars. The investigation aimed to assess the responses to misleading marketing strategies aimed at parents to influence their choice to buy unhealthy food for the children.
