As rugby fever grips Auckland, leaders from the Pacific Island Forum are meeting in the New Zealand capital to discuss moves towards a new regional trade agreement.

PACER Plus is a proposed free trade agreement between Australia, New Zealand and 14 Pacific Island countries. Australia and New Zealand have been pushing for the deal since the Pacific Agreement on Closer Economic Relations was signed in 2001.
