Is there a key to happiness? What makes a person or society their happiest?

The quest to understand happiness and its core meaning has been met with a number of perspectives throughout history.

Author and former journalist, Adelaide’s Mike Worsman travelled to over 60 countries and across six continents – his objective? To document the stories of the happiest people, places and ideas on earth, published in his new book, The Happiest.

Mike says taking elements from how we have previously lived and how we live now could be key in finding our happiest state.
