When the FEAST march was held in the streets of Adelaide on Saturday, it was with a hint of sadness the crowds watched the couples and groups parade past. South Australia is the only state not to have adopted same sex legislation – it’s been on the cards for a while, but empty promises have been the result of five years of waiting. But now, it looks like the Government is finally doing something about it, however Kris Hanna member for Mitchell says the wording of the potential legislation is going to cause problems if the bill passes. He explains his thoughts on the Domestic Partners Bill.
