Olympic gold will be on the agenda in coming years for young Indigenous boxers, if one-time representative boxer Sil Johns has anything to do with it. As Manager of the National Indigenous Boxing Team Mr. Johns says the relatively new Murri versus Koori boxing comp will produce the yearly Australian winners to be named as team members. This weekend the team’s 8 fighters leave Brisbane for Fiji to take on 8 local boxing champs there.
