Homelessness is a problem in most major towns and cities, but how do you take a large number of homeless people off the street and house them all in the one facility, without creating a ghetto-type environment? Common Ground is the name given to a radical housing project in New York City which has been running now for fifteen years and plans have just been announced to trial a similar project in Adelaide.
