The world is getting far too complacent about nuclear weapons, according to international human rights lawyer GEOFFREY ROBERTSON. His new book Mullahs without Mercy puts a compelling case for why we should be very afraid of the current scramble by brutal and unstable regimes to get their hands on bombs.
