After a 15 month royal commission inquiry giving the green light for a nuclear waste site in SA, South Australia Premier, Jay Wetherill, has put the decision to the public, calling for a citizen jury of 400 people to have the ultimate say. One of the major overall concerns of the Nuclear Site proposal, is the protection of sacred indigenous land.  Just how much sway do Indigenous voices have in the matter?
