Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull is due to provide an update on the Closing the Gap targets on Wednesday. This comes after an independent report, released today, gave fail grades to all but one of the Close the Gap measures. The Castan Centre for Human Rights Law at Monash University gave marks of three and four out of ten for targets including health and life expectancy and employment and economic participation.
