NSW to introduce ‘revenge porn’ laws

One in 10 Australian adults have had a sexually explicit photo of themselves shared without permission. Following Victoria and South Australia, the New South Wales Government has begun legislating against ‘revenge porn’.
While adults are concerned with their images being shared without their consent, people under the age of 18 are being charged with child sex offences, for sending explicit photos of themselves to other teens.
With over half of all 16 year olds having either sent or received a sexually explicit photo, should the law be changed to reflect what is becoming the new norm?
