NSW Government to compensate the survivors of the Stolen Generation

New South Wales has followed the lead of Tasmania and South Australia governments in paying reparations to the survivors of the Stolen Generation.

The compensation package worth $73.8 million is designed to address the trauma and harm by the forced removal of aboriginal children from their families.
