For years now, North Korea has presented problems for the international community the most recent being it’s nuclear program. Today, in a bid to bring North Korea back to the negotiating table, Australia has joined Japan and other nations in placing embargoes on the rogue state, a move looked upon favourable by US officials. Professor Kenneth Wells from the Australian National University explains what it means for Australia.
