US nuclear experts are expected to touch down in North Korea later today for disarmament talks. It follows Pyongyang’s recent agreement to disable its largest nuclear reactor, Yongbyon, and to declare all of its nuclear programs by the end of this year – it’s thought the Yongbyon nuclear complex has enough plutonium to source more than a dozen bombs. Dr Bronwen Dalton – the former director for the North Korean Studies Centre at Melbourne University speaks about that latest developments.
