Nobel Peace Prize winner Ahrtisaari attracts critics

This years Nobel Peace Prize winner, the Former Finish President Martii Ahrtisaari says his proudest moment was achieving Namibia’s independence. The Finnish Statesman has finally been recognised for his peace efforts over the last three decades in conflicts in Kosovo and Aceh. But it’s the peace deal in Indonesia’s province of war torn Ache that’s been considered as his most outstanding achievement. The announcement has however attracted some controversy. Professor Kevin Clemins is one critic who says Ahrtisaari’s cohersive style is sometimes not the most successful approach.
