New world record for climate change cause for concern

2015 was the year of records, at least where the climate was concerned. Last year, the world recorded its hottest year globally, and 10 out of 12 months had temperatures well above their respective averages. And, in March this year, carbon dioxide levels hit a record high of 400 parts per million. The safe level of carbon in the atmosphere is 350 parts per million.
