The housing crisis is an ongoing issue for Australian families, with house prices still rising.

A new tool created by Swinburne University of Technology is allowing policy makers and shareholders to understand how critical social and affordable housing in Australia is, giving economic benefits for the community.

The tool called SIGMAH (Social Infrastructure and Green Measures for Affordable Housing) will be available for everyone to use.
