In pandemic times those most vulnerable often fall through the gaps of health networks, however a new drop-in GP service under development by the Haymarket Foundation aims to fix that. The proposed new service will be located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

Despite 35% of NSW total of people experiencing homelessness residing in the Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network regions, there is no current targeted healthcare service for homeless people. CEO of The Haymarket Foundation, Peter Valpiani hopes this service can fill those gaps and ensure continuity of care for those most vulnerable.
