Immunity Group Australia was founded by Dr Douglas Jones, a globally recognised expert on food adverse reactions, and Dr. Nina Markovic, both dedicated to advancing food allergy research, diagnostics, and treatment.

Over the past decade, Dr. Jones’s food allergy treatment centre in the U.S. has treated more than 2,500 patients, helping them achieve “food freedom.”

Now, as Director of Immunity Group Australia, he aims to extend these life-changing treatments worldwide. He sat down to speak with The Wire’s Vanessa Gatica about the treatment.
