The Silk Road may be reforming in a modern $8 trillion format. China’s Belt and Road initiative is setting up vast trade corridors, solidifying China’s status as a world superpower.

The initiative, however, is pumping trillions of dollars into a wealth of smaller Asian countries, and perhaps this economic influx is leading to a future that is dominated by a unified Asia.
