More support needed for returned servicemen and women

The Australia Defense Association has today called for a streamlining of government services for soldiers returning from conflicts like Iraq and Afghanistan. This follows reports that as many as to five soldiers committed suicide after returning from active service in the middle east. Veterans groups have warned that the suicide rate could climb unless urgent action is taken to monitor and care for returned soldiers. Neil James is the Executive Director of the Australian Defense Association discussed how well our government is caring for returned soldiers.
