The Federal Government has committed to more Medicare-funded treatment and support services for people living with eating disorders.  The services as set to take effect in late 2019 and will provide much needed treatment, care, and support for people living with eating disorders especially those living with very severe illnesses such as Anorexia and Bulimia.

The funding is one of the most significant health policy announcements that will address one of Australia’s major health concerns.
