After having one of the strictest legislation in the country around the sex industry, South Australia could lead the way in both the nation and the world in decriminalising sex work.

After more than thirty years of campaigning for law reform a bill passed the South Australian upper house to decriminalise the industry. If it passes the state’s lower house, Tasmania and Western Australia will be the only remaining states where sex work is illegal.
