How many Australians actually recycle? The Greens say not enough to have the greatest possible benefit for the environment. The party is pushing for a National Recycling Scheme, which they claim will cut greenhouse gas emissions, save water and create jobs. On November 5 Senator Scott Ludlam will deliver voters messages on the issue to the Federal Environment Minister in a recycled plastic bottle.
