The torture of Iraqi prisoners has the public questioning what exactly is going on under Ameriacan occupation. According to US political commentator Professor Huck Gutman the uncontrolled sitaution has a lot to do with the enormous number of ‘guns for hire’ being used. He says that since the end of the Cold War there are more than 100,000 mercenaries looking for employment and the crimes they commit in the name of conflict aren’t really punishable by anyone.
