Media reforms do little for community television

When announcing the Government’s new media reform, Communications Minister Stephen Conroy pledged to ensure a fair and diverse media, and to allocate spectrum to community TV stations. But some community television broadcasters say the legislation introduced does nothing to ensure community TV stations will remain on air.
