New York smokers have been told to butt out after their City Council today signed legislation banning smoking in outdoor areas. From May, it will be illegal for New Yorkers to light up in parks, beaches and even Times Square. With the Federal Government launching a new anti-smoking campaign last month, how would smokers react to such a ban if introduced in Australia?
