There have been promises that final results may be out today in Zimbabwe, where the election three weeks ago has degenerated into a farce of counting and recounting votes. Mike Davies from the Combined Harare Residents Association said they’re not hopeful that today will bring a result. He says normal life has almost completely broken down with no electricity and little food available.
