Leaked documents from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection reported by the ABC today appear to show the department has very little tolerance for criticism by professionals contracted to work on its offshore processing centres. The report details concerns immigration department officials have with doctors and psychiatrists working for International Health and Medical Services who have in some way suggested that offshore processing centres are not fit places for people with severe medical conditions.
