Last week, hearings from the landmark Australian Climate Case resumed in Melbourne’s Federal Court.
The court is hearing from leading climate experts on the impacts of climate change and rising sea levels in the Torres Strait. Traditional custodians have made the journey to Melbourne to join the hearings.
The court must also address Australia’s contribution to global greenhouse gas emissions.
