The Queensland Land Resources Tribunal is questioning its jurisdiction this week, over a land rights case to determine the future of the Tugun bypass, in South-East Queensland. The Tribunal has adjourned until Tuesday next week. Wesley Aird, Managing Director of Eastern Yugembah Limited spoke to The Wire. He says the Department’s failure to comply with due process may tip the scales in favour of the Yugembah people.
