Labor party launches campaign without any razzle dazzle
Australians who live in regional areas will benefit from a new Government policy announced today at the Labor party election launch. In a speech that emphasized the economic strengths of the Labor party, Julia Gillard announced a new health plan that would be integrated into the National Broadband Network (or NBN). The system would give regional patients easier access to specialists and doctors through the high speed connection provided by the NBN. The launch had considerably less sparkle than the Liberal Party’s effort a week ago, lacking the rousing music, placards and multitudes of the party faithful. So will it be enough to see them strongly through the last campaigning week before the election?
