One in five Australians is living with disability, but as another day of disability comes around, contention surrounds the future funding of disability services.

Eight Australians have been chosen this year as ambassadors for the International Day of People with Disability.

Renowned speaker and human rights activist Khadija Gbla is one of them, and says the community of disability is something anyone can join at any minute.

But what will be funded by NDIS and what not? Powerd Media’s reporter Emma Myers asked Social Services Minister Amanda Rishworth, more about the ambassador’s scheme.
