The Federal Government has announced it will build a family violence centre in the indigenous community Kalumburu, in Western Australia. The move comes after new allegations of child sexual abuse in the community. Greens Senator, Rachel Siewart, says that while the centre was a good idea it was important that the government consulted communities about such plans .
