The starter gun went off over the weekend marking the announcement of the Australian election for the 9th of October, 2004. While the parties have their own means of publishing their political views and promises, there is a range of independent voices trying to make a difference in this year’s elections. The website “JustNotJohn.com” launched late last week, just in time to take part in the political battle. Miriam Werner spoke to Tom Phillipson, one of the creators of the website.
