A report released on Tuesday by Transparency International has revealed that the general public believe corruption is increasing around the world. Experts, however, question whether this is the result of reality, or due to a rise in media coverage. The Global Corruption Barometer 2013 is a survey involving 114,270 people in 107 countries, and it found that over half of the participants believe bribery has increased within the last two years.
