Cyber security is important in any sector, but the stakes are arguably much higher for Australia’s healthcare sector.

While the sector has not seen cyber attacks to the same scale as the 2017 Wannacry attack in the UK, there have been smaller instances and now the Australian Cyber Security Centre is warning that they have observed an increase in cyber incidents targeting the sector.
