Those with learning disabilities feel frustrated, alienated, and victimised. But imagine coping with all that while being incarcerated. The Penal Reform Trust in Ireland has identified that as many as 30% of their prison population suffer from a learning difficulty. Their project No One Knows, turns the spotlight on the experiences of staff and prisoners.
