A new film offers an epic love story that traverses decades, continents and cultures. The film Touch provides an intimate tale of Kristoffer attempting to piece together parts of his life by discovering the fate of a former lover he had a passionate encounter with during his time as an Icelandic exchange student in London. This leads to a story that explores the intersection of different cultures and the importance of human connection and contact.

Stephen Hill asked the film’s director Balthasar Kormakuz whether this film was a change of direction having previously produced dark comedies (101 Reykjavik), Scandi-noir (Jar City), action and Netflix scifi films?
